Delivery and Payment
We deliver your order with our own fleet every day from 8 AM to 11 PM, same-day or at the time you choose, and you can also collect it yourself. The minimum order is 5 Kuwaiti Dinar.

2. Delivery Fees
Fees are set by the governorate of your address and appear clearly on the checkout page before you confirm payment. There are no hidden charges.
3. Delivery Time
You can pick the earliest available same-day slot, or choose another time that suits you at checkout. Slots fall within the working hours above. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or heavy traffic, and we will tell you about any delay.
4. Pick-up
You may choose to collect your order instead of delivery. Customer service will agree the pick-up location and time with you, and tell you when your order is ready.
5. Products That Need Special Storage
Some products, such as fresh dates and some bakery items, need refrigeration or special storage, which is stated on the product page and package. Please be available to receive your order at the agreed time and store products as the package instructs as soon as you receive them.
6. Receiving Your Order
- Check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout, since the courier relies on them to reach you.
- Inspect the order on receipt. If a product is damaged, missing or expired, tell us within 48 hours with a photo, or within 24 hours for fresh dates, bakery and perishable products, as set out in the Return and Exchange Policy.
- If we cannot reach you, the courier or customer service will contact you to agree a new time.

All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar. Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway, and we neither see nor keep your card details.
8. Corporate and Occasion Orders
If you are a company or need large quantities for an occasion or gifts, write to us for a special offer. Large orders are delivered the same way by our courier.
